Sue is a Graduate member of the British Psychological Society and is an effective, experienced and adaptable trainer and facilitator. Her strengths include critical thinking and she is passionate about self-development and helping others achieve their potential. As an Organisational Development Professional, Sue is licensed to deliver MBTI, Belbin and Resilience Training.
Sue has worked in both public and private sectors, financial services and the arts. As a successful senior manager before going freelance, she has considerable experience of the challenges and issues faced by her clients.
