Robert is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and specialises in the provision of employee relations services, including policy development, recruitment, performance management, coaching, mentoring, discipline and grievance, and mediation. He also delivers training to line managers in legal compliance matters and policies that improve underlying business performance.
He has worked both nationally and internationally in a range of sectors including IT, business process outsourcing, charities, social housing, care & social welfare and the NHS.
