We all have mental health and, just like our physical health, it needs looking after.  This one day course will provide skills to support yourself and others to thrive.  It’s suitable for anyone, whatever their level within the workplace.  This course is accredited by Mental Health First Aid (England).

Style

Please note, until the situation surrounding  Covid 19 changes, this will be run as an ONLINE COURSE only

  • This is a one day course delivered either face to face or via online video conferencing
  • Learning takes place through a mix of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities
  • We limit numbers to 16 people per course so that the instructor can keep people safe and supported while they learn
