Here’s an example of a Level 3 Certificate Programme we currently deliver for one of our Clients – and we always get great results and feedback!
The programme suits practising team leaders who want to move up to the next level of management. It consists of six days of face to face delivery and requires participants to complete six short written assessments which will demonstrate the application of learning back in the workplace.

Introduction to Leadership looks at the roles and responsibilities of a leader, natural leadership styles and identifying strategies that have a positive impact on teams.
Creating and leading a high performing team explores the factors that influence motivation at work and how to apply this to participants’ teams.
Managing the Performance of the team focuses on how to get the best out of team members through goal setting, feedback and effective performance appraisal.
Stakeholder and risk management helps participants identify who their key stakeholders are and build more effective and collaborative working relationships with them.
Coaching for performance improvement Coaching is a very useful way to motivate and develop team members. This module introduces coaching tools and techniques which can be used immediately.
Planning and leading change looks at how to plan for change, achieve buy-in to ideas, and implement and review effectively. This module enables participants to consider real business change and put together an action plan for delivery.
