Projecting Excellence at MPG

Three cohorts have now completed the Project Excellence programme consisting of;
- Strategic Awareness
- Team Awareness
- Individual Awareness.
Of the three cohorts, 2 of the groups have made a presentation to the Board of Directors. These sessions have enabled the participants to a) demonstrate how their learning has impacted on the way they undertake their roles and b) come up with real life business improvement ideas for the business. Some of these ideas include, creating a zero defects culture, improvements to the performance management process and the recommendation of coaching skills for all managers to support better relationships with staff and sub-contractors.
